Before & After School Program

Annual Registration

This year, we are asking families to register their children for the entire school year. If your schedule changes during the year, you will need to complete a new registration form in ASPEN and update the days your child will attend.

Please make any schedule changes at least two weeks in advance of the prior month. .The program is designed to ensure student / staffing ratio is appropriate, consistency supports safety as we develop relationships with the students and their families dropping off/picking up as well as safety awareness in relationship to student health needs. 

We understand that this is a big change for families, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Pricing

Morning (AM): $20/day

Afternoon (PM): $30/day

Multi-day Discount: 

5 Days (M-F) Morning (AM): $10 off -> $18/day

5 Days (M-F) Afternoon (PM): $30 off -> $26/day

Half Days

There will not be a separate sign-up process for half days. If your child is already registered for a particular day of the week, they will automatically be enrolled  in any half day that falls on that day.

For example, if you are registered for Fridays, your child will automatically be enrolled on any Friday half day throughout the school year.

Please note: There will be no after-school care on the day before Thanksgiving break, the day before Christmas break, or the last day of the school year.

Credits- If your Child does not attend a day they are signed up for, Unfortunately we can not give a credit. A credit will be given back to families if they sign up for Monday and one of those Mondays of the school year is a holiday Example.. MLK Day

Payments- Payments will be made monthly in advance. Payments can be made through Cohasset Public School Uni Pay on the Cohasset public school website, under the tab Families and students.
