Mrs. Erin Ryan

Graduated in 2008 from Boston University School of Education with BS in secondary history education. 

Spent 2 years teaching in Stoughton and Chelsea public schools in grades 9-12 and k-8 from 2008-2010.

In 2010, led curriculum development team to build 6-week summer program in music, art, and drama at Bridge Center campus for students with disabilities in grades k-12.

Worked as hospital teacher with Education Inc. for 3 years with a focus on special education and classroom development within a mental health environment. Gained experience teaching all grades and all ability levels in 4 core subjects in addition to MCAS, GED, and SAT prep. Established and developed summer school program at Arbour-Fuller Hospital and joined corporate A-player recruitment team. Recruited, hired, and trained new teachers.

Taught as long-term and daily substitute and co-directed Drama Club at Milton High School in 2014-2015 school year.

Conducted educational video game panel at Boston's PAX East conference on April 13th, 2014. 

Graduated with 4.0 from BU School of Education Graduate Program with Ed.M. in social studies in January, 2015.

Taught 6th grade Geography, Geo/Civ I, and Seminar in addition to 7th grade Ancient Civ and Geo/Civ II and 8th grade Civics.

Directed Cohasset High School Theatre Company in Parfumerie [2015] and Little Women [2019, 2020], Co-Directed The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon [2016] and Tracks [2019].

Currently teaching 7th grade Geo/Civ II and co-advising the CMS Student Council [2021-present].
