Mrs. Erin Ryan
Graduated in 2008 from Boston University School of Education with BS in secondary history education.
Spent 2 years teaching in Stoughton and Chelsea public schools in grades 9-12 and k-8 from 2008-2010.
In 2010, led curriculum development team to build 6-week summer program in music, art, and drama at Bridge Center campus for students with disabilities in grades k-12.
Worked as full-time hospital teacher with Education Inc. for 3 years with a focus on special education and classroom development within a mental health environment. Gained experience teaching all grades and all ability levels in 4 core subjects in addition to MCAS, GED, and SAT prep. Established and developed summer school program at Arbour-Fuller Hospital and joined corporate A-player recruitment team. Recruited, hired, and trained new teachers.
Taught as long-term and daily substitute and co-directed Drama Club at Milton High School in 2014-2015 school year.
Conducted educational video game panel at Boston's PAX East conference on April 13th, 2014.
Graduated with 4.0 from BU School of Education Graduate Program with Ed.M. in social studies in January 2015.
Began teaching 6th and 7th grade social studies at Cohasset Middle School and accepted position as high school drama director for the 2015-2016 school year.
