Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act provides financial assistance to districts and schools with a specified number of children from low-income families to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards.  At Deer Hill School, Title I funds help to pay for services and materials provided by the Literacy Specialist.
