Technology Curriculum

The technology curriculum at Cohasset Public Schools is aligned with the Massachusetts Digital Literacy and Computer Science Standards (DLCS), the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), and the Massachusetts State Curriculum standards in relation to technology.

The Cohasset Public Schools has adopted the SAMR model for technology integration. Technologies are selected and utilized in the classroom to help students learn:

• higher order thinking and digital literacies (analyzing, evaluating & creating) 
• common core standards (communication, collaboration, creation, critical thinking, & computational thinking)
• content knowledge (ELA, Math, etc.)
