Who we support
Students
We support all students across Cohasset High School, Cohasset Middle School, Deer Hill School, and Osgood School with school-issued devices, network access, and district software accounts. Students should report issues to their teacher or school office first, your school will escalate to the IT team as needed.
Families
We support families with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) by getting supported devices connected to our network. For personally owned device repairs you will need to bring the device to a third-party repair service. We only support repairs for school-owned devices.
Teachers & Staff
We support all Cohasset staff with device setup and repair, classroom technology, software access, and network issues. Staff can submit tickets directly through the help desk. For instructional technology support, help integrating technology into your teaching visit the Digital Learning & Innovation section.
What we manage
- School-issued devices (Chromebooks, laptops, iPads)
- District Wi-Fi networks at all four schools
- Student and staff Google Workspace accounts
- District software licenses and platform access
- Classroom technology (projectors, displays, printers)
- Network security and content filtering
- BYOD certificate installation and support
- Data privacy and system security
What we don't manage
- Personal devices at home, though we provide setup guides for connecting to school networks
- Third-party apps not approved by the district
- Instructional technology coaching, that's handled by the Digital Learning & Innovation team

- Here are some suggestions you can try at home to remedy this situation and ensure that you will receive email message from the school or district:
- Check your SPAM folder - if you find school emails in the folder you should indicate that they are not SPAM in your email client web interface.
