Substitute Teachers

 

As a substitute teacher, you are an important staff member of the Cohasset Public School System. In the absence of the regular classroom teacher, you will be there to help students to learn subject matter and/or skills that are required for scheduled lessons. Often you will be given very short notice. This demands that you be flexible, knowledgeable, and able to establish rapport with students immediately. As a Substitute Teacher, you are given the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students, making you a very important part of our education system.

Currently, Cohasset Substitute Teachers receive $100.00 per day.  If you are interested in applying to be a Substitute Teacher, please complete the following application and forward it to the appropriate person listed below:
