Below are links to the benefits that Cohasset Public School System offers to its employees. You must be a permanent employee that works 20+ hours per week to be eligible for benefits. You have 30 days from the date of hire to enroll in any or all of the benefits that we offer. Each year Cohasset has an open enrollment in April for coverage that begins on July 1st.  You can change or enroll in other benefits at that time.

The Payroll Office for the Cohasset Public Schools is in the Administration Office at 143 Pond Street.

BIWEEKLY PAYROLL CHECKS - checks/direct deposits are processed for payment on the Tuesday before payroll unless it is a holiday; it will then be processed on that Monday.  Timesheets need to be submitted the Friday preceding the pay date to ensure timely payment.

Direct deposit is available to all employees. You may receive a paper voucher or an electronic receipt as confirmation of the deposit.

Please contact the payroll office if you have any questions regarding your paycheck.

EmployeeForward empowers employees to make changes to their personal information in a controlled manner. Employees can change items such as W4 withholdings and add or change direct deposit accounts.  Employee Forward will also give you access to view and print paystubs and W2's
