FY23 Budget Update

School Committee Approves FY23 Budget

The Cohasset School Committee voted to approve the FY23 Budget on March 16, 2022.  This budget, at $21,684,432, is a 3.05% increase from the FY22 budget.  In this budget the district will be able to invest in several key priorities, including:

  • Addition of a new Grade 2 Teacher at Osgood due to enrollment.
  • Addition of a 1.0 Math Specialist at the Middle School
  • Increase to Substitute Teacher rate from $80/day to $100/day
